General workflow composition and arbitrary external-framework hosting remain outside this release.

Agent content, immutable snapshots/versions, private Preview, Production deployment review/rollback, publisher funding, audience/API owners and consumer Chat are implemented. See Builder, deployment administration and Chat. External code uses ordinary virtual keys and does not register an Agent identity. Evaluation of snapshots and published versions and the deployment publish gate are implemented; see Evaluate.
